Professional Experience
Ángel José Del Pino Ibáñez has served as Magistrate-Judge in Courts of First Instance and Instruction, performing duties in Civil-Commercial and Criminal Jurisdiction. He has also held the role of Registrar Judge (family law, nationality, others) and was appointed Public Prosecutor via merit-based competition.
He has taught as a University Professor, as well as in Master’s and Postgraduate Legal Education at institutions including EUSA University, University of Cádiz, IAAP, CEA, and the Andalusian Government's training programs.
A multidisciplinary and adaptable lawyer, he excels in litigation before courts in Civil-Commercial and Corporate-Criminal Law, and advises on complex national and international contractual operations.
